Cal Coast Data Entry and Data Center of Arizona added lettershop capabilities to our product mix in 1998. Initially, our plan was to print and mail a small volume of letters in support of a Customer's Loyalty Card Marketing Program. Since that time, our production volume has grown to over a quarter of a million letters per month for numerous customers.
We have an extensive variety of lettershop services available. Choose from postage stamps, meter imprints, and postage indicia to mail your pieces for first class, first class presort, bulk rate, carrier route, nonprofit, second class, or any other postal delivery method. Firstlogic’s Postalsoft mailing software will insure the best possible postage rates for your selected mailing method.

Direct Mail Services
We have the equipment available to handle a full spectrum of direct mail packages. Multiple mail components can be inserted into a variety of envelope sizes mechanically, before being sealed and metered, in-line or off-line. Printed matter too large, too thick, too delicate, or too complicated to be mechanically assembled is inserted into envelopes, boxes, or bags by hand.
In addition, we also offer CASS Certification, Zip+4 Conversion, Merge/Purge, Postal Presort, Case Conversion, and Labeling Stamping & Metering.
