With over 200 workstations on a LAN environment plus the capability and floor space to rapidly expand, CCDE, DCA and DCN can provide the equipment and personnel to accommodate all of your data entry needs. Our hardware consists of a Pentium III 800 MHz NT server, dual Pentium III 800 MHz Novell servers, and a Pentium III 1 GHz Windows 2000 Server, with combined storage capacity of 130 gigabytes dedicated solely to data entry and image processing. In addition, we have recently added a new SQL Server 2000 dedicated server with over 650 gigabytes of online storage. These servers take advantage of tools and hardware that enable redundancy and full tolerance to ensure optimal production and reliability, virtually eliminating downtime. Norton Antivirus provides continuous virus protection. To ensure complete protection of customer data we have automatic backup systems in place by Seagate Software, a leader in the backup industry. Our Novell servers, data entry specific, have no connection to the outside providing a secure repository for your data. Customer's files and folders are encrypted and password protected, limiting access to the supervisors and managers needing access.

Communication Technology
FTP, Bisync, SNA, Async, ProComm, PC Anywhere, BBS and email protocols are supported. All line speeds up to 7.0 MBPS supported. Dial up, leased, DSL, and T1 lines are in place. In addition, we have the technological expertise to support any other type of transfer protocol.
